It’s been awhile since I have a done a Q&A post and with Blogher, um, TOMORROW, I thought I would open up the floor on my Facebook page to your questions.

Without further ado.

The following questions were asked my good friend, Steph of Confessions of a Stay-at-Home Mom.

How did you meet your husband? How long did you date before you married?

Ah, the hubster. We just celebrated our 6 year wedding and 14 year together anniversary. We met back in May of 1998 on a blind date set up by two mutual friends. Read the full “How I Met Your Mother” story. We  dated 8 years before getting married!

Ahh, Mexico for our honeymoon. I want to go back right now!

Where is some place you dream about traveling to but have never been?

This is quite a long list. Oh the places I dream to go!

  • Anywhere in Italy
  • Boston
  • Hawaii
  • London

Most embarrassing moment?

That moment came last year right before having Ben. Read “The One in Which I Embarrass Myself…Again.”

Where is Jimmy Hoffa?

If I told you, I would have to kill you.

Melissa at Never a Dull Moment asks: What is the one parenting line you never thought you’d say but find yourself saying often?

Oy, that’s a long list. But if I have to pick one thing it would be “You don’t have to do anything.” My dad used to say that to me all the time. “But I have to go to the mall!” “No, you don’t have to, you want to!”

Heather from Terrell Family Fun asks: What do you think your boys will be when they grow up?

Based on their personalities and likes at this very moment, I would say E would be a baseball player and Benny would be a reporter. That kid is so nosey!

Pam from The Unconventional Librarian asks:  Did you go to college and what did you study?

I did go to college and I am proud to say I graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice. Obviously, I am not using that degree at all now but I did use it after college. I worked as a Mental Health worker for an elementary school. I worked with children in an Emotional Support classroom with varying disabilities. I loved the job but it really took it’s toll on me.

Mychal from My Life in Mommyland asks: How many hours a week do you put into your blog? Your business?

The short answer would be too many! Just ask my husband. I try to do most of my blogging during nap time. As for the business, I am always answering emails and sneaking in editing my sessions every minute I can. I long for the days when the kids are in school full time so that I can actually get stuff done at a normal pace.

Have a question for me? Go ahead and leave it in the comments!
